NO FLOW IN-

Administration set is blocked or kinked between the feed container and Compat Ella^®. Open the door, check the administration set installation, and then close the door. Reposition the administration set and verify that tube feed flows freely after adjustment.

NO FLOW OUT-

Administration set or feeding tube is blocked or kinked after the pump. Open the door, check the administration set installation, and then close the door. Reposition the administration set and verify that feed flows freely after adjustment. Check that the feeding tube is clear and not kinked. Flush feeding tube if necessary.

AIR IN LINE-

If feed container is empty, replace to resume nutritional feeding program. Check for air bubbles between the feed container and the pump and ensure the administration set is correctly connected to the feed container and fully primed.

NO CASSETTE-

Administration set inserted incorrectly or not at all. Open the door and check for the correct installation of the cassette and tubing.
